I attended a one day course recently on cognitve hypnotherapy and it was so dogmatic and dismissive of all other approaches that I decided not to attend any more sessions. The thing you omitted was the fact that many of these approaches, EFT, NLP, TFT are primarily about making monet for the "trainers". Nothing wrong with that, of course but it leads to overcomplication, a kind of mysticism. Bit like Transcendental Meditation. It costs hundred of pounds to learn, including getting your very own personal mantra, but you could just buy the book "The Relaxation Response" and do it yourself! Too bad you are the other side of the world. I'd love to take the course. Maybe next year, if I save my pennies. Great video.
