There are many approaches to hypnosis, many styles and many ways of achieving the same outcome. A skilled practitioner understands principles as opposed to techniques. This enables them to always be in the flow and never ‘get stuck’.

A skilled practitioner also knows that comfy chairs, a soft spoken voice and dreamy music in the background (although sometimes rather nice) are not required to engage the most profound hypnotic experiences.

Something else that few understand is that for many people the sleepy sleepy 30 minute progressive relaxation approach to hypnosis can be extremely counterproductive, causing nothing more than boredom as opposed to the desired result.

In this video I demonstrate how you can engage profound hypnotic phenomena in the middle of the day, outside with noise all around and no induction. Enjoy and let me know what you think.
